Journey to the Lost Isle

The Monstrous Moach is no longer in the Battledome. But the adventure continues in Chapter 5. Don't get lost in the maze jungle while looking for parts to repair the ship. To get to the maze, click on the last frame on page 3 of chapter 5.

While viewing the journal page, click the tab button and then enter. You will then find a vine and a jawbone that will help you cut a branch you need in the maze. If you have trouble getting the jawbone, click on the journal so you are on the map page. Then highlight some of the text above the book. Next hit enter. This should open the pop up window with the bone.

You pick up a monstrous jawbone and gape at its size for a minute before taking it with you. Who knows, maybe you can put those sharp teeth on it to good use.

The Maze

You stand before the winding twists and turns of the jungle, take a deep breath, then plunge into the dimly-lighted space, covered as it is by the thick foliage. There are makeshift tools and items here that can help you fix the ship, and you're determined to find them.
Click on the paths to go in a certain direction, and click on items to pick them up. Check your inventory to see what items have been picked up already.

Click on the last frame of the comic, you will be taken to the maze. By working your way through the vine covered paths, find different items that will help you in repairing the ship. There are two paths that lead away from the ship.

There are a total of 9 different items neeed to repair the ship. The first four should already be in your inventory when you arrive at the maze. To access your inventory, click on the arrows, which could be found on any page of the maze. This will show what items you are currently holding. The others will be found in the maze and are fairly easy to spot.

*If the thorns do not show up in your inventory (not your shop inventory, but the inventory of items you have in the maze), do not worry. Just go back and reread chapters 4 & 5, then return to the maze, you should have the thorns in your inventory.

Now working through the maze takes time. Most likely you will come across a path more than once, do not worry. Using trial and error will help you figure out which path is the best route. Once you have picked a path, simply click on it and you will be taken to another page.
Upon finding all of the items, it will be time to return to the ship so that you can begin repairing it.

To use an item, click on it from the inventory menu, drag and then drop.
The vine will be used to secure the ship.
Once you have clicked on the vine, drag and drop it on the ship. The page will then load up and show that the ship has been secured.

Next it's time to drop both the plank and the thorns.
Again, using your mouse, click on the plank first, then click on the boat. Once the page loads, it will tell you that you've dropped the plank. Do the same for the thorns.

Now it's time to patch up that there hole, by using the metal hammer.
Drag the hammer from your inventory and click on the boat.

Water, water, everywhere. So what do you do? Clear it out, of course! Taking the bucket from your inventory, click on the ship. This clears the water out.

Seeing as though the boat is shipwrecked, you now need to get it back into the water. Using the branch will help you achieve this. Click on the branch and then the boat.

Time to replace the steam vent.

Replace the wheel.
To Be Continued...
