![]() 1. It is back to the Gypsy Camp in the Haunted Woods we go again.
2. Follow the path past the edge of the camp to return to Neovia and Sophie's Shack . ![]() This time we meet Sophie. ![]() Sophie waves her wand at you and growls fiercely, "Get away from my shack! I don't want to talk to you!" 3. Click on the Button Flee in Terror. ![]() You flee in terror from Sophie's wrath, and after a while realize you're lost deep in the woods. It's raining and very cold. You see a cave up ahead; perhaps you should go inside? 4. Click on the button Go Into the Scary Cave. Inside the cave, Gilly will find several passageways and chambers of the caves. There are several items lying on the ground. Some will be moved around by clicking on them. Only one item can be carried at a time.
5. While Gilly is moving around the caves she encounters something! ![]() You nearly run into some sort of huge, growling beast! It's too dark to see what it looks like, but it sure is terrifying! You flee into another chamber of the cave and catch your breath. Always click Continue. 6. Collect each of the movable items except the key and place them in one of the two chambers with a beam of light shining on the floor. Move the food item last or the monster may keep eating it. It he eats it, return and gather more. ![]() 7. Place the items in the room following these coordinants. Look at the bottom of the page on the task bar to see coordinants. Lamp: 236, 225 Mirror: 238, 308 Chair: 225, 165 Food: anywhere in the room ![]() 8. Walk around the room to attract the beast. You may need to move around in the cave corridors again. You will get the message: Something seems to be following you... 9. Lead him into the room where you have placed the items. If he only eats the food and / or looks into the mirror and / or trips, get more food and come back. ![]() The mysterious, hulking creature stops and sniffs at the pile of rotten food on the floor. It picks up the food and eats it. It seems to have an odd effect on the creature -- it's gotten all dizzy! It careens around the room. ![]() The creature dizzily gazes at the chipped mirror -- and it seems terrified by its reflection! Whimpering, it turns and flees. ![]() The creature doesn't look where it's going. It trips on the lamppost lying on the floor! ![]() It falls toward the ground, and whacks its head on the chair. ![]() The creature lies in a pool of moonlight, and you get your first good look at it. It appears to be an overgrown, misshapen Gelert. He whimpers sadly, no longer seeming like a dire threat.
