You're a cashier at the National Neopian, and it's an extremely busy day! Not only are people coming in by the dozen to deposit money, a nasty band of thieves has decided to come and steal it all. It's your job to work the security system to keep the customers in and the robbers out!

While working at the National Neopian, thieves are discovered trying to steal the customers’ money. Use the S, D, F, J, K, and L keys on your keyboard to stop them. Press the corresponding key shown directly below the doorway when a thief approaches, but be careful not to mistake a customer for a thief!

Activate the alarm to prevent the robber from stealing half of the Neopoints earned in the game. Pressing the alarm for no reason will cost you for unnecessary use of the alarm system. Lastly, you can press the Space Bar to turn 100 NP into a big gold bar that can not be stolen.

Throughout the game six doorways are shown on the screen. Directly below each doorway is a red button with a letter on it. This letter represents the key that must be pressed to activate the security system on the above door. The doors will randomly open to reveal either a bank customer or a thief. The various bank customers will give you neopoints but the thieves take them away.

Neopoints are earned for each bank customer that comes through the door and doesn't have the alarm sounded.

The guy in the orange shirt, also known as Ollie, is also one of the bank customers. He is worth 25 points, but he is rarely seen.

When a thief comes through the door instead of a bank customer, he will try to steal neopoints. Trap them before they steal anything. The Meerca Brothers and the Scorchio are seen throughout the entire game. The green Usul shows up a little bit later in the game, usually a level or two before level ten.

The Techo in the grey sweatshirt is another thief, but he will not be seen until level ten and above.

In order to trap the thieves press the key appearing on the red button below the door. This will activate the alarm. If a bank customer is accidentally trapped you will lose a life. If the alarm is activated on a closed door you will lose 10 neopoints.

Failing to trap a thief will result in them stealing half of your neopoints and losing a life. You only have three lives, and once they’re gone it’s game over.

Each time the bank customers have deposited 100 Neopoints, press the spacebar to turn it into a gold bar. The gold bars are too heavy for the thieves to steal, therefore those neopoints are safe. Each gold bar is worth 100 Neopoints. Pressing the space bar before you have 100 Neopoints will cause you to lose 10 Neopoints.

Tips to Win:
    • The game gets progressively faster.
    • Play the game with the screen on the small setting. This makes it much easier to watch all six doors at once.
    • Turn Neopoints into gold bars as often as possible. Quickly check the amount of Neopoints acquired from time to time so you’ll know when to press the space bar.
    • Memorize which keys match each door; looking down at the keyboard will cause you to waste valuable time and possibly miss other thieves.
    • Keep your fingers on the six necessary keys at all times with your thumb on the spacebar.
    • The sounds may cause you to get off track. Turn sound off by pressing X right when the game begins.
    • In later levels two robbers may appear at once. When this happens try to press both of their corresponding keys at the same time. Pressing just one key will allow the other thief to get away.
Usually a score of 4,400+ points are needed to obtain a trophy.
