... it's the latest game from Virtupets Studios - Super Race. It's a no-holds barred race to the finish where you control Ace Zafara and try and sprint faster than the computer-controlled Race Robot. Click on the 'Go!' button as many times as you can to make Ace run faster.

However, the marketing department of Virtupets Studios has been trying lately to earn extra revenues from this game's popularity... you have been warned!

Help Ace Zafara win the race against the race robot.  Click the 'Go!' button as many times as you can to make Ace go faster.  Hurry, race robot will not rest until he wins.

How to Play:

The point of the game is to beat your mechanical opponent to the finish line. Your opponent moves at a constant rate while your character, Ace Zafara, only moves to the click of your mouse on the 'Go!' button. After each round you see your current score and Dr. Sloth with his 'marketing team' talking about pop-ups and how to keep Virtupets in business by making their ads bigger and harder to close.

For each stage, there are 30 Go! buttons to click that pop up in the lower square.  Your character and the opponent are racing in the top square.  As the game progresses, pop-ups begin to cover both the top and bottom squares. For beginner players, the bigger playing window is best; for learning the game plays and how to move.  For the advanced player going for the avatar or the trophy, we recommend the smallest window for less traveling distance and easy clicking.

Don't bother closing pop-ups if they are in the top square, just keep clicking 'Go!' despite not being able to see your character.  This gives you the extra chance of gaining more points and an edge over your opponent.  This is especially useful if you're near the end of a stage and only have a few clicks left to beat your opponent.

If pop-ups come into your playing field and are covering a 'Go!' button, simply move them.  Be Warned: Some pop-ups are sticky and will not let go of your mouse despite you letting it go. It is best to click these off before they become a real bother. The key to this is if you can see the 'x' for the close button, go ahead and click it.  If you can't, try to move it; it will save time and effort.

Kyrii pop-ups are exactly what they sound like: A popup that features a Kyrii. These are by far the hardest windows to close for two reasons: They spawn three extra pop-ups instead of the normal one AND they have a tiny close button area.  Moving these windows is the best advice, but if you can close it quickly, it would be beneficial to your score.

Cheat:

The cheat code is nopopups and it's a doozy. It wipes out all ads from the screen.  There is a limitation of course: you can only use it once per game. Think it's hard to type out the code supremely fast?  Then don't! Type up the word 'nopopup' at the beginning of the level you think you're going to have the most trouble with (usually when a player has 450-500 points or more) and when you need the code to take effect, just hit the s key!  It saves time and is a great way around typing it out completely.

A score of 900 and above is generally the average to gain the trophy. A score of 550+ gets you the avatar.
